Are you ready to get started? Applying to NSU's Ron and Kathy Assaf College of Nursing only takes a few steps.

  1. Submit your NursingCAS application online at: www.nursingcas.org.
  2. Request all official transcripts from all previously attended institutions to be sent directly to NursingCAS.

    Coursework taken at foreign institutions must be evaluated for U.S. institutional equivalence by an approved National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) organization such as one of the services listed below.

    It is the applicant's responsibility to have this coursework evaluated. An official course-by-course evaluation with a cumulative grade point average must be sent directly from the evaluation service.
  3. Submit additional supplemental items directly to NursingCAS.
  4. Once the NursingCAS application is completed, an applicant needs to complete the supplemental NSU Application online.
  5. Once all applications and documents have been received the application will be processed and reviewed.

Application Deadlines

The deadline to complete and submit the NursingCAS and supplemental NSU applications for Fall admission will be August 1.

For Winter admission the deadline is December 9 for M.S.N., A.P.R.N., and D.N.P. programs; December 1 for B.S.N. programs.

Applications for the Ph.D. program are due March 1.

The Office of Admissions works on a rolling basis. Applications are accepted year-round.
