Dr. Wisdom has taught all medical-surgical courses, research, and genetics classes for the BSN program. She manages the coordination of clinical requirements for the students and
collaborates with health care facilities to ensure clinical assignments are arranged. She has
taught at many levels of nursing education and previously taught in both BSN and MSN
programs. She has worked as a director of nursing both in education and in clinical settings.

Dr. Wisdom’s clinical specialization is critical care nursing. She is educated as an acute care nurse practitioner.

Her research interest is emerging but is primarily related to spirituality. She plans to focus on nursing leadership as well. Research presentations have focused on issues related to
spirituality.
