Dr. Haye teaches in the BSN program. She previously served as an adjunct clinical faculty educating, mentoring, and preparing students in various clinical settings in the tri-county area. Dr. Haye is an NCLEX expert and has served in a hybrid/online program instructing foreign trained physicians to become Registered Nurses. She has previously taught at Kaplan University and the International College of Health Sciences.

Dr. Haye’s clinical specializations are medical-surgical, telemetry, and community nursing.

Her research interest is varied but primarily related to the education of multiple ethnic groups related to preventing chronic diseases. She has written several articles on a variety of topics. Recently, Dr. Haye assisted her colleagues in submitting a poster presentation on case-based learning to facilitate clinical reasoning in a foundation of nursing clinical course. Professional organizations have recognized her work.
